Job summary

DiDi Global Inc. is seeking a Strategy & FinOps Manager for SSL LATAM to oversee financial governance, planning, and strategic initiatives across Mexico, Colombia, and Costa Rica. You will drive AOP cycles and translate insights into actions that drive growth and profitability.

You will partner with Finance, Operations, Product, and Strategy to improve profitability, pricing, and operating discipline while leading region-wide initiatives and building scalable governance frameworks.

Qualifications

• Advanced SQL and Excel proficiency.
• Experience with data visualization tools is a plus.
• Fluent in English and Spanish.
• Proven experience leading cross-functional projects and influencing stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Own the FinOps agenda across SSL (Mexico, Colombia, and Costa Rica).
• Partner with Finance to understand P&L and identify risks and opportunities.
• Lead financial and operational planning processes including forecasting and targets.
• Design scalable governance, controls, and reporting for visibility and discipline.
• Drive cross-functional initiatives to improve profitability and efficiency.
• Serve as regional FinOps subject matter expert across SSL markets.
