DiDi Global is expanding its Fleet Team across SSL regions in Mexico and LATAM. The role focuses on data-driven growth, new business development, and partner activation to acquire, convert, and retain supply.

You will work closely with cross-functional teams to design incentives, assess options, and scale initiatives. The ideal candidate excels in strategic thinking, analytics, and stakeholder management, with fluency in English and Spanish, and a track record of closing complex deals in a

Formación

Hunter mindset with proven experience in cold prospecting and building new pipelines.
Strong commercial skills to engage senior decision-makers, uncover needs, negotiate, and close deals.
Numerical and analytical abilities with comfort analyzing data and sizing opportunities.
Highly results-oriented with focus on measurable business impact and growth.
Excellent communication in English and Spanish, with ability to influence and present value propositions.

Responsabilidades

Hunter – identify, map, and engage high-potential companies through cold outreach and outbound efforts.
Account analysis & prioritization using market data, opportunity size, unit economics, and potential impact.
Proposal development & negotiation to lead deals through to closure.
Data-driven pipeline management tracking funnel metrics like pipeline size, conversion, and time-to-close.
Partner activation & growth by translating signed agreements into fast implementation and increased volume post-launch.
