Job summary

DiDi Global Inc. is seeking an experienced operations senior manager to lead marketplace performance across key LATAM cities. You will define strategy, build scalable processes, and align cross-functional teams to grow courier engagement and retention.

The role requires strong business acumen, data-driven problem solving, and the ability to influence stakeholders across Product, Marketing, Strategy, CX, and BI. Fluency in English and Spanish is required.

Qualifications

• 7-9+ years of experience in strategy, operations, consulting, or high-growth startups.
• Proven ability to solve highly complex problems at a country level using data analysis.
• Fluent in English and Spanish; strong communication across functions and levels.
• Experience with BI/visualization tools (Power BI/Tableau/Looker) is required.

Responsibilities

• Lead courier operations across MX with accountability for supply health, delivery times and delivery cost.
• Lead core, cross-functional projects that improve marketplace balance and performance.
• Design and improve scalable processes for courier lifecycle management (acquisition, engagement, retention).
• Coordinate with multiple areas and senior stakeholders to discuss ideas that impact decisions and goals.
• Identify courier operations pain points and translate into executable solutions from data insights.
• Guide teams to use SQL, Python, Excel and BI tools to analyze large datasets and drive decisions.
• Support development and feedback cycle with product teams on new features and assignment models.
• Mentor team members or analysts to promote analytical thinking and operational rigor.
