Job summary

DiDi Global in Mexico City is seeking an experienced, data-driven operations senior manager to lead marketplace performance across LATAM. You will define strategy, establish scalable processes, and influence cross-functional teams to drive courier growth, engagement, and retention.

As an experienced operator, you will partner with Product, Marketing, Strategy, CX, and BI to deploy data-informed initiatives that scale.

Qualifications

• 7-9+ years of experience in strategy, operations, consulting, or high-growth startups
• Experience solving complex problems at a country level using data
• Proficiency with BI/visualization tools (Power BI/Tableau/Looker) and data-driven decision making
• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Economics, Mathematics, Business, or related fields
• Strong communication and leadership with ownership mindset
• Fluent in English and Spanish, written and verbal

Responsibilities

• Lead courier operations across MX with accountability for delivery metrics such as supply health, delivery times and cost
• Drive cross-functional projects to improve marketplace balance and performance
• Design scalable processes for courier lifecycle management (acquisition, engagement, retention)
• Collaborate with Product, Marketing, Strategy, CX, and BI to implement impactful initiatives
• Mentor analysts and promote analytical thinking and operational rigor
