DiDi in Ciudad de México is looking for a Strategy & FinOps Manager to oversee Financial Operations and Strategic Initiatives in Latin America. The successful candidate will ensure strong financial governance and lead planning processes for growth and operational excellence across the region.

Responsibilities include managing collections, partner reconciliation, and driving initiatives to improve customer experience and operational efficiency. A deep understanding of financial statements, proven stakeholder management, and fluency in English and Spanish are crucial.

Formación

• Experience in strategy, finance, or operations.
• Strong understanding of financial statements and P&L.
• Fluent in English and Spanish.

Responsabilidades

• Own the FinOps agenda across SSL in Latin America.
• Lead financial and operational planning processes.
• Design and implement scalable governance frameworks.
