Job summary

Pentera is seeking a highly motivated Account Executive for LATAM, focused on expanding our cybersecurity validation platform across enterprises. You will work in a fast-paced, high-velocity environment, leading demos and guiding pilots from prospecting to deal closure.

You should have executive-level contacts, strong English and Spanish communication, and be able to travel up to 50% while working with SDRs, ISRs and partners to meet regional quota.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of quota-carrying technology sales experience (cybersecurity preferred).
• Ability to communicate with executive-level stakeholders.
• Fluency in English and Spanish is required.

Responsibilities

• Generate plan to penetrate key LATAM accounts and drive revenue.
• Lead product demonstrations and manage complex pilots with customers.
• Develop leads, nurture opportunities, and close deals.
• Collaborate with partners and channel to grow the region.
• Translate customer requirements into Pentera solutions and coordinate with teams.
• Own sales forecasting and pipeline management for LATAM.
• Maintain up-to-date CRM records for opportunities and deals.
