Job summary

NCR Voyix Corporation in Mexico City is seeking a Benefits Specialist to administer LATAM benefits programs and support wellbeing initiatives. You will partner with HR, Payroll, vendors, and the Global Benefits team to deliver compliant, employee-focused benefits.

The role covers healthcare, life insurance, retirement, leave programs, and data integrity in Workday. Strong communication and analytical skills are essential to improve programs and ensure accurate enrollments and reporting across

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, Labor Relations, or related field.
• 2+ years of benefits administration experience in LATAM or multinational environments.
• Knowledge of local LATAM regulatory requirements (IMSS, INFONAVIT, retirement, leave).
• Experience with HRIS systems (Workday preferred) and vendor management.

Responsibilities

• Manage and support benefits programs across LATAM, including healthcare, life insurance, retirement, savings, wellness, and leave programs.
• Serve as the main point of contact for benefits inquiries and issue resolution.
• Partner with HR, Payroll, and external vendors to administer and improve benefit programs.
• Ensure compliance with local regulations and statutory benefit requirements, with strong focus on Mexico and support for other LATAM countries.
• Support benefits communications, enrollments, renewals, audits, reporting, and vendor management.
• Maintain accurate benefits data in Workday and other HR systems.
• Analyze benefits trends and employee feedback to recommend program improvements.
• Participate in regional and global benefits projects, wellbeing initiatives, and process enhancements.
