NCR Voyix in Mexico City is seeking a Benefits Specialist to administer LATAM programs from a full-time, office-based setting. You will partner with HR, Payroll, and vendors to ensure compliant delivery of benefits for employees across LATAM, with a focus on Mexico.

The role involves managing healthcare, life insurance, retirement, leaves, and wellbeing programs, while ensuring regulatory adherence and contributing to global initiatives. Previous LATAM benefits experience is preferred.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Admin, Labor Relations, or related field.
• 2+ years of benefits administration experience in LATAM or multinational environments.
• Knowledge of local Mexican statutory requirements (IMSS, INFONAVIT, retirement, and leave).
• Experience with HRIS systems (Workday preferred) and vendor management.
• Strong analytical, communication, and customer service skills.
• Advanced English proficiency.

Benefits Specialist - LATAM

Location: Mexico City, Mexico

Work Model: Full-time, 100% office-based

The Benefits Specialist is responsible for administering and supporting employee benefits programs across Latin America (LATAM) while contributing to global benefits and wellbeing initiatives. The role partners with employees, HR, Payroll, vendors, and the Global Benefits team to ensure a positive employee experience, regulatory compliance, and effective delivery of benefit programs.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and support benefits programs across LATAM, including healthcare, life insurance, retirement, savings, wellness, and leave programs.
• Serve as the main point of contact for employee benefits inquiries and issue resolution.
• Partner with HR, Payroll, and external vendors to administer and improve benefit programs.
• Ensure compliance with local regulations and statutory benefit requirements, with strong focus on Mexico and support for other LATAM countries.
• Support benefits communications, annual enrollments, renewals, audits, reporting and vendor management.
• Maintain accurate benefits data in Workday and other HR systems.
• Analyze benefits trends and employee feedback to recommend program improvements.
• Participate in regional and global benefits projects, wellbeing initiatives, and process enhancements.

Basic Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, Labor Relations, or related field.
• 2+ years of benefits administration experience in LATAM and/or multinational environments.
• Knowledge of benefits programs, payroll processes, and Mexican statutory requirements (IMSS, INFONAVIT, retirement, and leave programs).
• Familiarity with benefits practices across multiple LATAM countries.
• Experience with HRIS systems (Workday preferred), vendor management, and process improvement.
• Strong analytical, communication, and customer service skills.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience supporting benefits programs across multiple LATAM countries and global initiatives.
• Knowledge of leave management, disability programs, healthcare, insurance, and retirement benefits.
• Experience with vendor and broker management.
• Advanced English proficiency.
• Experience in multinational or shared services environments.
