Blue Yonder in LATAM is seeking a Benefits Analyst to administer and optimize our associate benefit programs across Brazil, Chile and Mexico. You will evaluate plans, benchmark against industry standards, and propose enhancements to attract and retain top talent.

You will work with AS Generalists and external vendors to ensure quality delivery of health insurance, retirement plans, and wellness initiatives.

We are seeking a skilled Benefits Analyst to join our team in Latin America (LATAM).

Overview

As a Benefits Analyst, you will play a crucial role in administering, analyzing, and optimizing associate benefit programs across our LATAM operations (Brazil, Chile and Mexico). Responsibilities include evaluating existing benefits packages, conducting market research to benchmark against industry standards, and recommending enhancements to attract and retain top talent. You will collaborate closely with AS Generalists and external vendors to ensure the effective delivery of benefits programs, including health insurance, retirement plans, and wellness initiatives. Additionally, you will be responsible for ensuring compliance with local regulations and providing expert guidance on benefit-related matters to associates and stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Administers and communicates the company's benefits program in regard to plan options, policy features, enrollment and other requirements.


• Assists in planning, developing, and redesigning company benefits programs and analyzing benefit costs.


• Develop and interpret Human Resources policies and procedures that protect the interest of employees and the corporation.


• Develops benefit communications and counsels employees on benefit related issues.


• Ensures company compliance with federal and state laws.


• Handle confidential documents/information.


• Reconciles billings on a monthly basis.


• Works with benefit vendors.
