Circana is seeking a Global Benefits Operations Analyst to own enrollment, life-event, and eligibility administration across global markets. The role reports to the Manager, Global Benefits Administration & Delivery and focuses on contracting and delivery responsibilities alongside an excellent employee experience.

Location: Mexico City. Requires 6–8 years in benefits enrollment and English/Spanish fluency, with experience in audits, data privacy, and process improvement.

Qualifikationen

• Advanced/fluent English proficiency (written and spoken).
• Native or fluent Spanish.
• Hands-on experience writing AI prompts for benefits-related tasks.
• Strong attention to detail with enrollment and data accuracy.
• Experience with benefits audits, data reconciliation, or compliance processes.

Aufgaben

• Process enrollment, life-events, and eligibility updates across global markets.
• Support annual enrollment execution, data submission, and employee communications.
• Maintain enrollment, eligibility, and life-event records in audit-ready state and ensure data privacy adherence.
• Respond to Tier-2 benefits inquiries and route complex cases to Manager, Benefits.
• Contribute to SOPs and country-level requirements to ensure accurate communications and data submission.
