Responsibilities

• Actively provide tier-2 support for complex production issues with detailed analysis and RCA.
• Assist with code fixes and perform rigorous testing before deployment.
• Support product servers and client platforms on advanced infrastructure.
• Contribute to CI/CD workflows and focus on application performance and efficiency.
• Collaborate within regional and global teams, providing technical feedback to Core Development teams.
• Implement corrective actions for production environment issues to prevent recurrence.
