AgileEngine, LLC. in Mexico seeks an Infrastructure Engineer & SRE to operate and enhance a Kubernetes-based API platform across public and private clouds, focusing on automation, tooling, and incident management. You will own runbooks, incident RCA, and platform reliability end-to-end.

The role offers remote-friendly flexibility with on-site options, competitive USD pay, and opportunities to work on modern projects for Fortune 500 brands, leveraging Grafana/Prometheus tooling and IaC practices.

Formación

Hands-on experience operating Kubernetes in production (4+ years).
Linux fundamentals and strong CLI skills required.
Ability to debug and troubleshoot from app layer to infra layer.
Experience with a public cloud provider (Azure or AWS).
Upper-intermediate English level.

Responsabilidades

Operate and maintain the Kubernetes-based platform across public and private cloud environments.
Work with observability tooling to ensure actionable alerts with up-to-date runbooks.
Manage incidents end-to-end including response, RCA, and post-incident reviews.
Onboard and support new clients onto the platform.
Build automation and diagnostic tooling to reduce manual effort and improve performance.
Identify and deliver process improvements in maintenance and operations.
Support software and hardware upgrades and keep components up to date.
Proactively manage capacity to scale the platform with demand.
