AgileEngine, LLC. is seeking an Infrastructure Engineer & SRE to operate a Kubernetes-based API platform across public and private clouds, driving automation, tooling, and incident management.

The role emphasizes reliability, observability, and client onboarding across Fortune 500 and startup projects. Ideal candidates have 4+ years of hands-on Kubernetes experience, strong Linux skills, and familiarity with Azure or AWS.

Qualifications

• 4+ years operating Kubernetes in production environments.
• Strong Linux and command line fundamentals.
• Experience with a public cloud provider (Azure or AWS).

Responsabilités

• Operate and maintain the Kubernetes-based platform across public and private cloud environments.
• Utilize observability tooling to keep alerts actionable with runbooks and docs.
• Handle incidents end-to-end including root cause analysis and post-incident reviews.
• Onboard and support new clients onto the platform.
• Build automation and diagnostic tooling to reduce manual efforts.
• Deliver process improvements and keep components up to date.
• Support software and hardware upgrades and manage capacity for scale.
