AgileEngine is seeking an Infrastructure Engineer & SRE to operate and improve a Kubernetes-based API platform across public and private clouds. You will automate tooling, manage incidents, and onboard new clients while collaborating on scalable solutions.

The role emphasizes strong Linux skills, production Kubernetes experience, and familiarity with cloud providers (Azure or AWS), with flexible remote/office options and a competitive USD-based compensation plan.

Qualifications

• Hands-on experience of at least 4 years operating Kubernetes in production.
• Strong Linux and command line fundamentals.
• Confident debugging and troubleshooting complex systems from app to infra.
• Experience with a public cloud provider, preferably Azure or AWS.

Responsibilities

• Operate and maintain the Kubernetes-based platform across public and private cloud environments.
• Work with observability tooling to ensure actionable alerts and up-to-date runbooks.
• Manage incidents end-to-end including root cause analysis and post-incident reviews.
• Onboard and support new clients onto the platform.
• Build automation and diagnostic tooling to reduce manual effort and improve performance.
• Identify and deliver process improvements.
• Support software and hardware upgrades and keep components up to date.
