Ideal candidates have 4+ years in production Kubernetes, strong Linux, and experience with Azure or AWS. Bonus points for Grafana/Prometheus, Python/Java scripting, and IaC with Helm or Terraform. Flextime with remote/office options is offered.

Qualifications

• 4+ years operating Kubernetes in production.
• Strong Linux and command line fundamentals.
• Experience with a public cloud provider (Azure or AWS).
• Nice to have Grafana, Prometheus, Loki, Tempo.
• Scripting in Python or Java is a plus.
• CI/CD and IaC with Helm or Terraform are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Operate and maintain the Kubernetes-based platform across public and private clouds.
• Work with observability tooling to ensure actionable alerts and up-to-date runbooks.
• Manage end-to-end incidents including root cause analysis and post-incident reviews.
• Onboard and support new clients onto the platform.
• Build automation and diagnostic tooling to reduce manual effort.
• Identify and deliver process improvements.
• Support software and hardware upgrades and keep components current.
• Proactively manage capacity to scale with demand.
