AgileEngine is seeking an Infrastructure Engineer & SRE to operate and improve a Kubernetes-based API platform across public and private cloud environments, including automation, tooling, and incident management.

We value hands-on Kubernetes experience, Linux fundamentals, strong debugging skills, and cloud exposure (Azure/AWS) to keep systems resilient and scalable. Flextime with remote/office options is offered.

Qualifications

• 4+ years operating Kubernetes in production.
• Linux fundamentals and CLI proficiency.
• Strong debugging of complex systems end-to-end.
• Experience with public clouds (Azure or AWS).

Responsabilités

• Operate and maintain the Kubernetes-based platform across clouds.
• Manage observability tooling and runbooks for actionable alerts.
• Lead end-to-end incident management, root cause analysis and post-incident reviews.
• Onboard new clients to the platform and provide support.
• Build automation and diagnostic tooling to reduce manual work and improve performance.
• Identify and deliver process improvements.
• Keep software and hardware components updated and scalable.
