AgileEngine, LLC. is seeking an Infrastructure Engineer & SRE to operate and improve a Kubernetes-based API platform across public and private cloud environments. The role emphasizes automation, tooling, and incident management to keep services reliable.

Ideal candidates have 4+ years of production Kubernetes experience, strong Linux skills, and hands-on cloud provider work (Azure or AWS). Bonus points for Grafana/Prometheus skills and IaC tooling like Terraform/Helm.

Qualifications

• 4+ years operating Kubernetes in production
• Strong Linux and CLI fundamentals
• Experience with a public cloud provider (Azure or AWS)
• Ability to debug and troubleshoot complex systems end-to-end

Responsibilities

• Operate and maintain the Kubernetes-based platform across clouds
• Use observability tooling to ensure actionable alerts with runbooks
• Manage incidents end-to-end including RCA and post-incident reviews
• Onboard and support new clients onto the platform
• Build automation and diagnostic tooling to reduce manual work
• Identify and deliver process improvements
• Support software and hardware upgrades and keep components up to date
• Proactively manage capacity to scale with demand
