Job summary

AgileEngine, LLC. is seeking a Site Reliability Engineer to operate and improve a Kubernetes-based API platform spanning public and private clouds.

The role focuses on automation, tooling, and incident management with a people-first culture and strong growth opportunities. You will balance hands-on maintenance with building scalable automation, contribute to reliability improvements, and onboard new clients while collaborating with cross-functional teams in an English-speaking environment.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of hands-on Kubernetes production experience.
• Strong Linux and CLI fundamentals.
• Experience with a public cloud provider, preferably Azure or AWS.
• Confident debugging and troubleshooting of complex systems from app layer to infra.
• Upper-intermediate English proficiency.

Responsibilities

• Operate and maintain the Kubernetes-based platform across public and private clouds.
• Work with observability tooling to ensure actionable alerts with up-to-date runbooks.
• Manage incidents end-to-end including root cause analysis and post-incident reviews.
• Onboard and support new clients onto the platform.
• Build automation and diagnostic tooling to reduce manual effort and improve performance.
• Identify and deliver process improvements across the platform.
• Support software and hardware upgrades and capacity planning.
