MEXC is seeking a Business Development / KOL Marketing professional to drive partnerships with key influencers in crypto and Web3 from remote locations. You will identify, onboard and manage high-value KOLs, craft campaigns, and work with regional teams to align efforts with corporate goals.

The role requires 1–3 years+ BD or KOL marketing experience in crypto/Web3, strong communication, and a self-driven, remote-ready mindset.

Qualificações

• 1-3 years+ BD or KOL marketing experience in crypto or Web3.
• Experience with KOL platforms and ecosystems in global or regional markets.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and project execution skills.
• Self-driven with ability to work remotely and meet targets.

Responsabilidades

• Identify, outreach and onboard high-value KOLs across target markets (crypto, finance and Web3 verticals)
• Negotiate partnership terms, manage contracts and build long-term relationships with KOLs
• Plan and launch KOL marketing campaigns, track performance and optimize ROI
• Collaborate with marketing and regional teams to align KOL campaigns with business goals
• Monitor industry KOL trends and competitor activities to maintain competitive advantage
