Job summary

Lbx is seeking a Business Development Manager in Veracruz, Mexico, to drive new partnerships in the forex/crypto space. You will on-board IB partners, manage relationships, and ensure KPIs are met.

You will present Libertex offerings, train partner staff, and conduct regular performance reviews. Strong English skills and a proactive, solution-oriented mindset are essential, with a focus on timely feedback and customer-centric service.

Qualifications

• At least 1 year in Business Development in brokerage/crypto.
• Good understanding of international financial markets and FX.
• Fluent English; other languages a plus.
• Excellent written and verbal communication with attention to detail.
• Confident phone conversation skills.
• Strong MS Excel and MS Office knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Acquire and onboard new Introducing Broker partners.
• Manage relationships with new and existing partners to build loyalty.
• Conduct due diligence on partners and monitor performance.
• Present Libertex products and cooperation terms to partners.
• Advise partners' staff on sales and monitor results.
• Collaborate with the team to meet KPIs and prepare monthly reports.
• Address issues with a proactive, solution-focused approach.
