Job summary

LBX in Mexico is seeking a Business Development Manager with experience in forex or crypto to drive partnerships and expand our broker network.

You will acquire and onboard Introducing Brokers, manage relationships, perform due diligence, and promote Libertex products while hitting KPIs. Fluent English and strong negotiation skills are essential; opportunities include bonuses and development.

Qualifications

• Experience in business development within brokerage, crypto, or neobanks.
• Good understanding of international financial markets, FX preferred.
• Business-level English; additional languages advantageous.
• Excellent communication, writing, and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Acquire and onboard new Introducing Broker partners.
• Manage relationships with partners to build loyalty.
• Conduct due diligence on partners.
• Present Libertex products and terms to partners.
• Advise partners' staff on sales and monitor performance.
• Collaborate with internal teams to meet KPIs.
• Prepare monthly partner performance reports.
• Resolve issues with a positive, proactive approach.
• Support continuous growth of the partner network.
