Job summary

LBX in Mexico City seeks a Business Development Manager with experience in forex or crypto to drive new partnerships and grow our network. You will acquire and onboard Introducing Broker partners, manage relationships, and ensure KPIs are met while delivering performance insights.

The role emphasizes strong negotiation, English fluency, and excellent communication skills to expand our global broker network in a fast-paced financial environment.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year in BD within brokerage, crypto exchange, or neobanks.
• Strong understanding of international financial markets, preferably FX.
• Business-level English (spoken and written); other languages a plus.

Responsibilities

• Acquire and onboard new Introducing Broker partners.
• Manage relationships to build loyalty and perform due diligence.
• Present Libertex products and terms to partners.
• Coach partners' staff on sales and monitor performance.
• Prepare monthly partner performance reports and meet KPIs.
