Schneider Electric in Mexico is seeking an Associate I to join a collaborative team focused on accurate and timely processing of operational information. This entry-level role offers hands-on experience in data analysis, research, process management, and the use of specialized systems and tools.

You will research, review, and process cases following established procedures, maintain documentation, and escalate issues when needed.

  • Follow established procedures, instructions, and quality standards consistently.
  • Review information carefully and identify missing data, inconsistencies, or potential risks.
  • Escalate situations that fall outside established procedures or require additional validation.
  • Maintain accurate documentation and ensure the completeness of assigned activities.
  • Apply process updates, training, and feedback to continuously improve performance.
  • Meet established quality, productivity, and turnaround-time expectations.
  • Communicate questions and concerns clearly and promptly.
  • Collaborate with team members to support operational continuity and shared objectives.

As an Associate I, you will be part of a team responsible for ensuring the accurate and timely processing of critical operational information. This entry-level position offers an excellent opportunity to develop experience in data analysis, research, process management, and the use of specialized systems and tools.

You will be responsible for researching, reviewing, and processing assigned cases in accordance with established procedures and quality standards. The role requires strong attention to detail, the ability to understand and follow instructions, and sound judgment to identify inconsistencies or situations that require additional review.

We are looking for a proactive and adaptable individual with a strong willingness to learn and grow. You should be comfortable receiving and applying feedback, communicating questions clearly, and working collaboratively in a team environment. Ongoing training and guidance will help you strengthen your technical knowledge, improve your decision-making skills, and progressively develop greater autonomy.

Your work will directly contribute to the quality, continuity, and efficiency of the department’s operations while supporting the achievement of service, productivity, and customer satisfaction goals.

Requirements:
  • English proficiency, preferably B1 level or higher.
