Schneider Electric is seeking a customer-focused IT/Software Support professional in Monterrey to monitor application issues, guide users, and manage incidents daily. You will develop reports, dashboards, and knowledge documents to support both users and the internal team.

Strong English, communication, and problem-solving skills are essential for success in a distributed team. Ideal candidates have 1-3 years of software customer experience, familiarity with ERP/CRM/ECM, and proficiency in

  • Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, Software Engineering or related field.
  • Advanced English proficiency.
  • 1-3 years of software customer experience.
  • Experience with ERP/CRM/ECM is a plus.
  • Experience with Salesforce Reports and Dashboards is a plus.
  • Excellent communication and articulation skills with ability to work effectively in distributed teams.
  • Problem-solving and interpersonal skills.
  • Adaptability to process changes.
  • Experience with Microsoft Excel is a plus.

Responsabilidades

  • Monitor application issues and provide guidance to users across channels.
  • Monitor contact channels and resolve incidents and service requests daily.
  • Create reports and dashboards for users and support teams.
  • Develop and review knowledge documentation including troubleshooting guides.
  • Achieve KPIs and participate in team and company goals.
  • Perform non-regression testing for new releases.
  • Attend team activities, KT sessions and meetings.

What will you do?
  • Monitor Application Issues.
  • Provide guidance to Internal and External users with processes through the different channels.
  • Monitor the different contact channels.
  • Resolve application issues.
  • Solve Incidents and Service requests on a daily basis.
  • Create reports and dashboard for users and support team.
  • Develop and review knowledge documentation including white papers, troubleshooting guides and knowledge articles
  • Achieve the defined goals defined in the KPIs, team & company goals.
  • Perform Non-Regression Testing for the New releases of the applications.
  • Attend team activities, meetings, KT, etc.
