Schneider Electric is seeking a Senior Associate, End to End Flow Controller, to optimize supply chain operations from start to finish. You will monitor performance, identify bottlenecks, and collaborate with teams to ensure materials and information flow seamlessly across the entire supply chain.

You will analyze performance metrics, coordinate with suppliers and production teams, and improve inventory management while maintaining cost efficiency.

Join us as a Senior Associate, End to End Flow Controller, and take charge of optimizing supply chain operations from start to finish. You'll monitor performance, identify bottlenecks, and collaborate with teams to ensure materials and information flow seamlessly across the entire supply chain.

• Material Management Tool — intermediate level; tracking and managing material movement across the supply chain
• Supplier Portal Tool — intermediate level; coordinating with suppliers to ensure timely deliveries and resolve issues
• Problem Solving — intermediate level; identifying bottlenecks and implementing solutions to improve flow
• Inventory Management — developing level; balancing stock levels to meet demand without excess
• Planning Tools — developing level; using systems to forecast and align supply chain activities
• Sales Inventory and Operations Planning — developing level; aligning sales forecasts with inventory and production plans
• Short Interval Management — developing level; monitoring real-time performance to address issues proactively
