Schneider Electric is seeking a finance transformation professional to drive process excellence, automation, and digital innovation across Finance operations.

You will combine Finance, Data Analytics, Lean methodologies, and emerging technologies to create scalable solutions, improve decision-making, and boost operational efficiency.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams worldwide to implement AI-driven solutions and deliver measurable outcomes.

Formación

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, Data Analytics, Information Systems, Computer Science, or a related field.
  • Experience in Data Analytics, Process Excellence, Lean, Continuous Improvement, Automation, or Digital Transformation.

Responsabilidades

  • Lead process improvement and automation initiatives to simplify, standardize, and optimize finance operations.
  • Develop digital solutions using tools such as Excel, SQL, Python, Power BI, Tableau, and Power Platform technologies.
  • Design and maintain data models, databases, dashboards, and reporting environments that support business decisions.
  • Partner with Finance, IT, Digital, and Operations teams to deliver impactful, scalable solutions.
  • Improve data governance, reporting standards, and process documentation to ensure sustainability and consistency.
  • Evaluate and implement emerging technologies, including AI-driven solutions.

Join a dynamic finance transformation team where you will drive process excellence, automation, and digital innovation to improve how Finance operates. This role combines Finance, Data Analytics, Lean methodologies, and emerging technologies to create scalable solutions, enhance decision-making, and increase operational efficiency across key financial processes.

This role is ideal for professionals who are passionate about combining Finance, Technology, Data Analytics, and Continuous Improvement to drive meaningful business transformation and long-term impact.

Key Responsibilities
    • Lead process improvement and automation initiatives to simplify, standardize, and optimize finance operations.
    • Develop digital solutions using tools such as Excel, SQL, Python, Power BI, Tableau, and Power Platform technologies.
    • Design and maintain data models, databases, dashboards, and reporting environments that support business decisions.
    • Partner with Finance, IT, Digital, and Operations teams to deliver impactful, scalable solutions.
    • Improve data governance, reporting standards, and process documentation to ensure sustainability and consistency.
    • Evaluate and implement emerging technologies, including AI-driven solutions.

  • Ability to identify inefficiencies, redesign processes, and implement sustainable solutions.
  • Experience automating recurring activities and driving standardization across organizations.

  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.

  • Project management, prioritization, and problem‑solving capabilities.
  • Ability to translate complex technical concepts into practical business solutions.
