Uncover is seeking a highly motivated Junior Business Development & Special Projects Coordinator to support our leadership and revenue teams. You will conduct outbound prospecting, qualify leads, schedule meetings, and maintain CRM data to drive growth.

Ideal candidates have 1+ year in a customer-facing role, strong English communication, and excellent organizational skills. You will work in a fast-paced environment, collaborate across teams, and leverage AI tools to boost productivity.

Formación

• 1+ year of experience in sales, customer service, or related customer-facing role.
• Must reside in Mexico.
• Strong written and verbal English communication skills.

Responsabilidades

• Conduct outbound prospecting through email, LinkedIn, phone calls, and other channels.
• Identify and qualify potential leads for the sales team.
• Schedule introductory meetings with prospective clients.
• Maintain and update prospect and client information in the CRM.
• Follow up with prospects throughout the sales process.
• Assist in preparing sales presentations, proposals, and client materials.
• Support market research and competitor analysis initiatives.
• Coordinate meetings, calendars, and project-related activities.
• Collaborate with internal teams to support special projects and business initiatives.
