Empresaconfidencial is seeking a Payroll & Benefits Analyst to oversee Mexican payroll operations and benefits administration. The role focuses on IMSS, INFONAVIT, IDSE, SUA, and government portals, ensuring accurate, timely payroll while complying with labor and tax regulations.

The ideal candidate has 4+ years in payroll/HR operations, strong Excel skills, and experience with SAP SuccessFactors or other HRIS platforms. English fluency is required for regional collaboration.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of experience in payroll, benefits administration, HR operations, or related field.
• Fluent in English and able to communicate with regional/global stakeholders.
• Solid knowledge of Mexican payroll processes and statutory requirements.

Responsibilities

• Oversee Mexican payroll processes, inputs, changes, bonuses, deductions, and terminations.
• Ensure compliance with Mexican labor, tax, and social security regulations.
• Manage social security records and Mexican government platforms (IMSS, INFONAVIT, IDSE, SUA).
• Coordinate INFONAVIT administration, headcount maintenance, and payroll reconciliations.
• Support benefits administration, vouchers, insurance, and LATAM outsourcing payments.
