Klar is hiring a Payroll Analyst in Mexico City with a hybrid work model. You will own end-to-end monthly payroll for Mexico, coordinate with ADP, and ensure compliance with IMSS, INFONAVIT, and other statutory requirements.

You will safeguard payroll data, support audits, and help streamline payroll processes for a fast-growing fintech. The role requires 3+ years of payroll experience in Mexico, a degree in accounting, and strong Excel/Sheets skills, plus English proficiency.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting.
• 3+ years of payroll experience in Mexico.
• Experience independently managing a monthly payroll cycle.
• Strong knowledge of Mexican payroll legislation and processes.
• Hands-on with IMSS, INFONAVIT, IDSE and SUA.
• Experience with CFDI payroll requirements and payroll taxes.
• Experience preparing payroll reconciliations and close.
• Experience with external payroll providers; ADP preferred.
• Experience supporting internal/external audits and payroll evidence.
• Advanced Excel or Google Sheets skills.
• Advanced English level is desirable.

Responsabilités

• Own end-to-end monthly Mexico payroll cycle from input to closing.
• Validate payroll inputs for hires, terminations, changes, deductions.
• Coordinate payroll processing with ADP and providers for accuracy.
• Manage statutory payrolls (IMSS, INFONAVIT, IDSE, SUA).
• Prepare payroll-to-accounting reconciliations and resolve discrepancies.
• Maintain audit-ready payroll documentation and support audits.
• Serve as primary contact for employee payroll questions.
• Support special payroll processes and year-end requirements.
