Job summary

The Eaton Customer Fulfillment Analyst role in Ciudad Juárez analyzes orders and delivery performance to drive on-time delivery and customer satisfaction. Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required in a related field.
• Minimum of three years in business analytics, supply chain, planning, operations, customer service, or a related function.
• Minimum of three years of experience on manufacturing or supply chain operations
• Ability to work with ERP data and translate operational data into business insights
• Experience with data analysis and reporting tools.
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
• Advanced English proficiency

Responsibilities

• Maintain an order fulfillment exception tracker to monitor past‑due orders and high-priority orders.
• Develops and maintains Power BI dashboards, scorecards, and reports for fulfillment and customer experience metrics.
• Monitor allocation performance, identify gaps, and support prioritization decisions.
• Investigate fulfillment issues and perform root cause analysis.
• Partner with multiple functions to gather information and resolve customer service challenges.
• Prepare recurring KPI reviews and executive summaries on delivery and backlog.
• Evaluate demand trends and opportunities to support growth initiatives.
• Support Voice of Customer initiatives by analyzing customer feedback.
• Coordinate data collection and reporting for business reviews and strategic initiatives.
• Recommend process improvements to boost satisfaction and efficiency.
• Develop and maintain standardized work instructions and reporting methodologies.
