Formación

• 1 to 2 years of experience in corporate legal areas, law firms, or legal departments.
• Intermediate–advanced English (for document review and communication with clients or international partners).
• Knowledge of corporate law, intellectual property, regulatory compliance, and contracts.

Responsabilidades

• Draft, review, and update service agreements, NDAs, and vendor agreements.
• Organize and maintain the digital and physical legal archive.
• Ensure campaigns comply with applicable regulations.
