Evaluar seeks an Associate to support our growing legal practice across CDMX, Monterrey or Queretaro. You will conduct legal research, draft documents, and assist with case management and regulatory filings, while accelerating your professional growth in a high-performing firm environment.

You will engage with clients, attend meetings, and contribute to due diligence and document preparation under senior supervision. English proficiency is essential for this role.

Formación

• Meticulous approach to reviewing and drafting complex legal language and documents.
• Ability to prioritize tasks effectively and meet deadlines.
• Excellent written and verbal communication of legal concepts.
• Collaborate across teams and adapt to feedback.
• Full professional proficiency in English (oral and written).

Responsabilidades

• Conduct thorough legal research on case law, statutes, administrative rulings, and precedents relevant to client matters.
• Draft initial pleadings, contracts, briefs, motions, and advisory memorandums under supervision.
• Track and manage filings, proceedings, and deadlines across cases and client files.
• Attend client meetings, prepare summaries, and provide progress updates.
• Assist in reviewing, organizing, and analyzing documentation for corporate transactions, audits, or discovery.
