A leading financial technology company in Mexico City is seeking an Associate level legal professional to ensure legal security in commercial operations and support compliance. The ideal candidate possesses a Bachelor’s Degree in Law with over 3 years of experience in Corporate or Financial Law and a solid understanding of the fintech sector. Your Mission

To guarantee the legal security of commercial operations and regulatory compliance, acting as a strategic partner to the Business, Product, and Technology teams.

What You Will Do

• Contract Management: Draft, review, and negotiate commercial contracts with key clients, strategic allies, and technology providers.
• New Business Support: Accompany the launch of new products and business models from a legal and regulatory perspective.
• Compliance & Governance: Participate in the creation of internal policies and support the Compliance area in audits and regulatory reviews (KYC, AML, among others).

What We Are Looking For

• Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Law (LL.B. / Licenciatura) is mandatory.
• Experience: +3 years of professional experience in Corporate, Contractual, or Financial Law.
• Background: Previous experience in Fintechs, Financial Institutions, or Law Firms serving clients in the regulated sector is required.
• Soft Skills: Ability to translate complex legal concepts for business and technology teams. A decisive, organized professional with business acumen.
