• Case and Matter Management: Track and manage court filings, administrative proceedings, and deadlines across assigned cases and client files.
• Client Engagement: Attend client meetings, prepare meeting summaries, and assist in providing timely progress updates to clients.
• Due Diligence Support: Assist in reviewing, organizing, and analyzing documentation for corporate transactions, audits, or discovery processes.
