Efficio Limited in Mexico City is seeking a qualified lawyer to support the delivery of client-facing legal projects and commercial engagements, focusing on commercial law and project-related work.
You will draft, review and negotiate agreements, provide legal guidance to internal teams, support business development, and leverage Legal AI tools to improve efficiency, with travel as required and fluent English.
Formación
- 3-4 years' post-qualification experience.
- Demonstrable experience in commercial law and project-based work.
- Familiarity with Legal AI tools and emerging legal technologies.
- Willingness to travel.
- Fluent in English (written and spoken).
Responsabilidades
- Draft, review and negotiate commercial agreements
- Provide legal support on commercial and project-related matters
- Assist internal teams with legal advice related to ongoing projects
- Support business development initiatives from a legal perspective
- Contribute to the implementation and use of Legal AI tools within the legal function
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders and external partners when required
- 3-4 years' post-qualification experience
- Demonstrable experience in commercial law and project-based work
