Anthony, Inc. in Mexico is seeking a Human Resources Assistant to support recruitment, training, and development aligned with Quality Management System requirements.

The role ensures ISO 9001 compliance, maintains training records, updates competency profiles, and assists audits. Collaboration with department leaders enables a proactive, quality-driven HR function.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree in HR, psychology, administration or related field.
• Minimum 1 year HR experience.
• Knowledge of recruitment, training and QMS is desirable.
• ISO 9001 knowledge or certification is desirable.

Responsabilidades

• Coordinate recruitment and selection processes.
• Support training, induction and professional development programs.
• Identify training needs and maintain related records.
• Maintain and update competency profiles, job descriptions and training documentation.
• Support compliance with ISO 9001, NOMs, and internal HR procedures.
• Provide personnel documentation and support during audits.
• Promote employee development and a quality-oriented culture.
• Collaborate with department leaders and employees on HR-related processes.
