Netafim México is seeking an experienced Human Resources leader to partner with business leaders, drive organizational effectiveness, and implement development and certification systems that convert strategy into capabilities. You will shape workforce planning, learning, and climate initiatives to foster a high-performance culture across the organization.

Formación

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent in HR or related area.
  • 5+ years of experience in HR (OD, Training or Generalist).
  • Strong interpersonal, service and communication skills.
  • English-speaking; able to conduct meetings and trainings.
  • Willing to travel at least 1 week per month.

Responsabilidades

  • Drive employee engagement and climate initiatives with business leaders.
  • Lead talent and succession discussions for critical roles and retention risks.
  • Support talent reviews and calibration for pipelines and development plans.
  • Identify capability gaps and coordinate learning aligned with priorities.
  • Provide guidance to managers on performance, development, and org changes.
  • Oversee Climate & Culture: raise eNPS/internal satisfaction.
  • Coordinate university and alliances for junior talent pipelines.
  • Design and operate a listening system (surveys, pulse checks, focus groups) with owners and metrics.
  • Co-design cultural campaigns and rituals including recognition and inclusive leadership.
  • Define the technical competency framework by family and levels.

The ideal candidate will partner with business leaders to support organizational effectiveness, workforce planning and change initiatives, drive a high-performance culture and continuous learning by measuring and improving organizational environment, mapping and accelerating talent, and orchestrating a development and technical-commercial certification system that converts strategy into capabilities.

Responsibilities
  • Drive employee engagement and climate initiatives, translating insights into actionable improvement plans with business leaders.
  • Lead talent and succession discussions for critical roles, identifying development needs and retention risks.
  • Support talent reviews and calibration processes, ensuring strong pipelines and development plans for key positions.
  • Identify capability gaps and coordinate learning and development initiatives aligned with business priorities.
  • Provide guidance to managers on people management topics including performance, development and organizational changes.
  • Oversee full-cycle of Climate & Culture: raise eNPS/internal satisfaction.
  • Talent & Succession: succession plan coverage for critical roles.
  • Learning & Capabilities: 90% compliance with Annual Training Plan.
  • University & Alliances agreements for junior talent pipeline.
  • Design and operate a listening system (surveys, pulse checks, focus groups) segmented by area/role/location. Translate findings into action routes with owners, milestones and metrics.
  • Co-design cultural campaigns and rituals (recognition, feedback, psychological safety, inclusive leadership).
  • Define the technical competency framework by family (Installation, Design, Commercial) and levels. // In coordination with corresponding Area s.
Knowledge and Experience Required
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Human Resources, or related area
  • 5+ years' of experience working in Human Resources (OD, Training or Generalist).
  • Strong interpersonal, service and communication skills.
  • Curiosity to engage with the Business (on the field).
  • English spoken able to handle meetings, trainings and daily conversations.
  • Willing to travel at least, 1 week per month.
