Dover Corporation is seeking a Human Resources Assistant to support recruitment, training, and employee development within our quality-focused operations in Naucalpan de Juárez, Estado de México. You will assist with documentation and audits and help maintain ISO 9001 alignment.

The role requires at least 1 year in HR, a bachelor’s degree in a related field, and strong communication skills. Proficiency in English (B2) is preferred as part of our global team.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree in HR, Psychology, Administration, or related field.
• Minimum 1 year HR experience.
• Intermediate–Advanced English (B2).
• Knowledge of recruitment, training, and Quality Management Systems.
• ISO 9001 knowledge or certification is desirable.
• Strong communication, analytical, organizational, negotiation, and decision-making skills.
• Proactive, adaptable, and service-oriented.

Responsabilidades

• Coordinate recruitment and selection processes.
• Support training, induction, and professional development programs.
• Identify training needs and maintain related records.
• Maintain and update competency profiles, job descriptions, and training documentation.
• Support compliance with ISO 9001, NOMs, and internal HR procedures.
• Provide personnel documentation and support during internal and external audits.
• Promote employee development and a quality-oriented culture.
• Collaborate with department leaders and employees on HR-related processes.
