OPW Global in Ciudad Madero, Tamaulipas, Mexico seeks a Human Resources Assistant to support recruitment, training, employee development, and ISO 9001 compliance. You will help maintain records, assist audits, and promote a quality-oriented culture while coordinating with department leaders.

The role requires a Bachelor’s degree in HR/psychology/administration, at least 1 year in HR, and English at B2 level.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree in HR, Psychology, Administration, or related field.
• Minimum 1 year of HR experience.
• English proficiency at B2 level (preferred).
• Knowledge of recruitment, training, and Quality Management Systems.
• ISO 9001 knowledge or certification is desirable.
• Strong communication, analytical, organizational, negotiation, and decision-making skills.
• Proactive, adaptable, and service-oriented.

Responsabilidades

• Coordinate recruitment and selection processes.
• Support training, induction, and professional development programs.
• Identify training needs and maintain related records.
• Maintain and update competency profiles, job descriptions, and training documentation.
• Support compliance with ISO 9001, NOMs, and internal HR procedures.
• Provide personnel documentation and support during audits.
• Promote employee development and a quality-oriented culture.
• Collaborate with department leaders and employees on HR-related processes.
