Formación

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
• Basic knowledge of IATF 16949, ISO 14001, and ISO 45001.

• Understanding of HR policies and procedures.

Responsabilidades

• Develop and administer HR plans and procedures for all personnel.
• Plan, organize, and control all department activities.
• Participate in department goals, objectives, and systems.
• Implement and update the compensation program; review job descriptions.
• Conduct recruitment for exempt, nonexempt, and temporary workers.
• Establish and maintain department records and reports.
• Ensure compliance with employment laws at all levels.
• Develop and manage departmental budgets.
• Administer and manage employee incentive programs.
• Support Quality and Environmental Management System requirements.
• Promote teamwork and risk-based thinking for process improvement.
• Identify environmental aspects in areas of responsibility.
• Authority to stop or cancel non-compliant processes.

About the Role

This role is responsible for managing the overall administration, coordination, and evaluation of the Human Resource function, focusing on Compensation & Benefits, Recruiting, and HR Administration. The position plays a critical role in ensuring the efficient operation of HR processes and compliance with employment laws, contributing to the organization's success.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and administer various Human Resources plans and procedures for all personnel.
• Plan, organize, and control all activities of the department.
• Participate in developing department goals, objectives, and systems.
• Implement and update the compensation program; review job descriptions and make recommendations as necessary.
• Conduct recruitment efforts for all exempt, nonexempt, and temporary workers.
• Establish and maintain department records and reports.
• Ensure compliance with all federal, state, and local employment laws.
• Develop and manage departmental budgets.
• Administer and manage employee incentive programs.
• Participate in the Quality Management System and environmental management system requirements.
• Promote teamwork and risk-based thinking for process improvement.
• Ensure the identification of environmental aspects in areas of responsibility.
• Authority to stop or cancel any process that does not comply with organizational requirements.
• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience.
