Copeland Guadalajara S.A. de C.V. is seeking an IT Support Engineer to support end users across software, hardware, and systems managed by the IT department.

You will perform preventive and corrective maintenance to ensure reliability and security of IT equipment and services. The role includes participating in system-related projects, supporting automation, data tasks, and vendor management while ensuring adherence to IT policies and security standards.

Formación

• Three years of experience in a similar position.
• Proficiency in computer applications.
• Windows operating systems.

Responsabilidades

• Install, configure hardware, printers, and related peripherals.
• Provide technical end-user support for software, hardware, and systems.
• Perform preventive and corrective maintenance for IT equipment and servers to ensure reliability.
• Administer user accounts, access rights, and permissions across information systems.
• Ensure IT security policies and procedures are followed.
