Flex is seeking a Program Administrator in Guadalajara, North Campus to support our teams building great products. Reporting to the Program Management Manager, you will assist with managing key customer accounts across the business relationship.

A typical day includes reviewing plans, coordinating with Program/Engineering Manager, guiding the Customer Focus Team, tracking status, and preparing reports. Occasional travel is expected.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree in Electronic Engineering or Mechatronics Engineering.
• Advanced English required.
• Customer service experience.
• Strong problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency with MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint).
• Experience with reports and KPIs.
• Understanding Flex policies and procedures.

Responsabilidades

• Assist in reviewing program proposals to determine time frame, funding, staffing, and resource allocation.
• Coordinate with Program Management, Operations, and others to outline work plans and assignments.
• Work with Program/Engineering Manager to align Customer Focus Team activities and ensure on-time progress within budget.
• Review status reports and adjust schedules as needed.
• Prepare program reports for management and clients.
• Assist in metric development and tracking.
• Possible travel to customer locations.
• Drive continuous improvement impacting timeline, cost, or production activities.
• Follow up on shipments to meet site and customer guarantees.
