• Prepares minutes and action logs; tracks items and follows up for closure.
• Develops and maintains project schedules under the PM guidance.
• Acts as primary contact for status questions; escalates complex issues.
• Maintains project documents: plans, reports, budgets, risk logs, changes.
• Assists in status reports, dashboards, and presentations for stakeholders.
• Coordinates logistics for events, workshops, and vendor visits.
• Supports budget tracking, invoices, POs, flagging discrepancies.
• Maintains project files and repositories; ensures organized, current documents.
