Job summary

Keste is seeking an experienced Project Coordinator to join our team in Mexico. The role focuses on coordinating project activities, ensuring on-time delivery, staying within budget, and satisfying stakeholders.

It requires strong PM knowledge, excellent communication, and collaboration across teams. The ideal candidate has 3–5 years of IT project management or coordination experience, proficiency with Jira and Microsoft Project, and a solid understanding of Agile methods.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 3-5 years IT project management or coordination experience.
• Strong understanding of PM methodologies, tools, and techniques.
• Excellent organizational and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to travel up to 25%.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate all processes and phases of the project management lifecycle.
• Execute implementation project plan and timelines with focus on timeliness, accuracy, and communication.
• Enable cross-functional team communications; assist in planning to identify, mitigate, and manage risks and dependencies.
• Monitor day-to-day project health and ensure work progresses within budget.
• Coordinate and manage activities, timelines, and budgets to ensure on-time delivery within budget.
• Liaise with stakeholders, teams and management for effective communication and coordination.
• Develop project plans, including work breakdown structures, schedules, and resource allocation.
• Monitor progress, identify risks, and report status to stakeholders.
• Identify opportunities for process improvement and implement best practices to increase efficiency.
• Provide admin support to IT PM/Sr IT PM, including scheduling, minutes, and documentation.
• Ensure compliance with project management standards and guidelines.
• Conduct post-project evaluations to identify improvements and implement changes.
