JITECH Inc is seeking a Project Coordinator in Mérida, Mexico to support the Senior Project Coordinator and Project Managers. The role focuses on project setup, document management, and administrative tasks to keep project information accurate and accessible for the team and clients.

The successful candidate will have strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment. Entry-level candidates and graduates are welcome to apply.

Formación

• Requires an associate degree or higher in engineering, construction management, business administration or related field.
• 1–2 years of project support, administrative, or document control experience preferred; entry-level considered.
• Experience in construction, steel detailing, or engineering industries is required.

Responsabilidades

• Set up new project files and ensure organized access for the technical team.
• Support document control, filing, tracking, and maintenance of project documents.
• Update drawings and revisions; distribute to stakeholders.
• Coordinate deliverables and assist project managers to align with client expectations.
• Submit delivery packages to customers and document deliveries.
• Maintain accurate project logs and records.
• Communicate with customers to address requests and follow up as needed.
• Support quality management and process improvement initiatives.
