Lionbridge Games in Mexico City is seeking an IT Manager to lead IT operations, owning the stability, security, and performance of a diverse on-premise and cloud environment. You will lead a local team of IT professionals and collaborate with developers, designers, and production teams to support a fast-paced gaming business.

You will implement global IT strategy locally, ensure scalable solutions, and maintain strong IT security and compliance.

Formación

• 2+ years in IT Manager or similar leadership role.
• Knowledge of on-premise, cloud, and hybrid IT infrastructure and security policies.
• Hands-on leadership with ability to troubleshoot and own outcomes.
• Experience coaching IT professionals and building a collaborative team.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management with cross-functional partners.
• Experience managing vendors, evaluating solutions, and negotiating contracts.
• Interest in gaming, game development, or creative technology is a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Own and improve local IT infrastructure across on-premise, cloud, and hybrid environments, ensuring performance, reliability, security, and scalability.
• Lead the local implementation of global IT strategy, adapting architecture, tools, systems, and standards to needs of Lionbridge Games.
• Create a frictionless technology environment for developers, designers, production teams, and business users by proactively monitoring systems and resolving issues.
• Lead, coach, and develop a team of IT professionals with clear expectations and accountability.
• Maintain strong IT security and compliance standards, protecting data and managing policies and controls.
• Lead technology deployments, infrastructure improvements, and scalability initiatives, acting as escalation point for complex challenges.
• Manage technology vendors and external partners, evaluating and negotiating solutions balancing performance, quality, and cost.
