• Experience maintaining desktop computing environments, production apps, and hardware.
• Leadership experience leading IT infrastructure teams.
• Strong collaboration with business leadership to plan IT support delivery.

Responsabilidades

• Analyze and resolve info system issues across desktop computing and hardware.
• Build and deploy Windows, Mac, and other laptops for new joiners and upgrades.
• Install authorized software on laptops/desktops.
• Ensure security and timely updates on desktops and laptops.
• Install antivirus across devices and manage deployments.
• Coordinate hardware setup and asset collection or desk-side setup.
• Assist onboarding and offboarding processes for users.
• Maintain local conference/meeting room equipment.
• Support end-user service projects like software upgrades and patching.
• Consult with local business to evaluate support requirements and execution.
