Qualifications

• Hands-on leadership with ability to set direction, troubleshoot, and own outcomes.
• Experience leading, coaching, and developing IT professionals with a collaborative culture.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management for cross-functional partners.

Responsibilities

• Own and continuously improve local IT infrastructure across on-premise, cloud, and hybrid environments for reliability, security, and scalability.
• Lead the local implementation of global IT strategy with global teams to adapt architecture, tools, and standards.
• Create a frictionless technology environment for developers, designers, production teams, and business users by monitoring systems and resolving issues.
