Formación

• 1+ years of experience in a customer service role.
• Basic game industry experience.
• Excellent English communication (written and spoken).
• Strong customer service and empathy toward players.
• Ability to troubleshoot software/hardware/connectivity issues.
• Teamwork skills and ability to stay calm under pressure.

Responsabilidades

• Provide excellent customer service to players and respond to tickets promptly.
• Troubleshoot game-related technical issues and assist players.
• Collect player feedback and relay to development/QA teams.
• Enforce terms of service and community guidelines, including moderation as needed.
• Document interactions and contribute to knowledge base and FAQs.
• Communicate with players in a friendly, empathetic tone and collaborate with teams.
