Flex seeks an MSSQL IT Manager to lead a team of database professionals at Guadalajara, North Campus. You will define, design and maintain enterprise SQL Server estates, drive migrations to cloud and ensure security and SOX compliance while aligning with business needs.

You will oversee performance tuning, automation efforts and cross-functional collaboration, delivering reliable database services and strong governance in a dynamic enterprise environment.

Formación

• Minimum 8+ years of related experience.
• Solid SQL Server expertise and cloud database knowledge.
• Strong leadership experience.
• Experience with Azure and AWS migrations.
• Proficient in SQL performance tuning and indexing.

Responsabilidades

• Define, design, implement and manage enterprise database systems.
• Prepare SOPs for day-to-day maintenance of databases.
• Monitor and optimize database performance and security.
• Ensure SOX compliance and apply security patches.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
